Disclose to Close

$1,095

Our most comprehensive contract mortgage processing package. Disclose to Close means MPG manages our loan from the initial disclosure stage all the way through to the closing table — handling everything from preparing and sending opening disclosures, ordering third-party services, submitting to underwriting, clearing conditions, and coordinating closing with title and escrow. This is the ideal option for brokers who want complete, end-to-end loan processing support on every file.

Best for: Brokers who want full-service, hands-off loan management from day one.

Submission to Close

$995

Our Submission to Close package picks up once your file is ready for underwriting submission. MPG takes over from that point — packaging the file to meet lender-specific guidelines, submitting to underwriting, managing conditions, and coordinating through to closing. This option is ideal for loan officers who handle their own front-end disclosure work and want expert processing support from submission forward.

Best for: Loan officers who manage initial disclosures in-house and need back-end processing support.

2nd Mortgages / IRRRLs / FHA Streamlines

$650

Streamlined pricing for streamlined loan types. This reduced flat fee applies to second mortgage transactions, VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans (IRRRLs), and FHA Streamline Refinances — loan types with a more straightforward documentation and processing path. Same dedicated processor, same commitment to getting your file to the closing table cleanly and efficiently.

Best for: Brokers regularly closing VA streamlines, FHA streamlines, or second mortgage transactions.

Loan Partner Assistance (LPA)

Need support on the front end of your pipeline? Our Loan Partner Assistance service provides pre-submission support including document collection, income review, borrower communication, and AUS runs — so your files arrive at submission clean, organized, and ready to move. LPA pricing is customized based on scope and volume. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Loan Resubmission

$250 per Investor

If a file requires resubmission to a new investor or lender after the third registration or submission, a $250 per-investor fee applies. This fee reflects the additional processing work required to repackage and resubmit the file to meet a different lender’s guidelines.

Note: Advance payment may be required before this service is initiated.

The following disclosures apply to all MPG processing services. Please read carefully before submitting your first file.

Disclosure 1 - Loan Type Disclaimer

(Applies to all services)

Processing fees listed above apply to conventional and federally insured mortgage loans. Certain loan packages requiring additional disclosures or processing work may result in a higher fee. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Disclosure 2 - Third-Party Fee Written Statement Requirement

(Applies to Disclose to Close & Submission to Close only)

If a lender or program does not allow third-party processor fees to be added to the Closing Disclosure is used — such as a HELOC or Reverse Mortgage — a written statement explaining how the processor will be compensated must be submitted to MPG before the loan will be started. Failure to provide this documentation in advance may delay processing.
